Objective

This course provides the basis for becoming a certified Joint Health and Safety committee member in Ontario workplaces.

Did you know?

• Any company that regularly employs 20 or more workers is required to create a joint Health and Safety Committee
•

A minimum of one worker representative and one management representative on the committee must be “certified” members.
• The Part One course delivers the certification requirements common to all workplaces that every member seeking certification must complete.
